Description
At Battery Park, there is a drain--a metal grate--along the pathway between the swimming pool and the tennis courts. The drain is broken; it has a hole in it, large enough for a toddler's foot to fall into, about 5 inches by 5 inches. The drain is nearby the playground, so as of today there is a dead tree in the large hole, so that no child can accidentally fall inside.
