- Staff · February 22, 2023This location has a bubble basin that has a tying in from St Christopher St which had a lot sediment and ball come from the day care that is connect to the school. The tie in is a 12” plastic corrugated pipe coming from the school. It seem the stormwater from the school and from the street are going to the bubble basin cause it to flood into the street. The gutter pan at the mouth of the bubble basin seem to be on a sharp angle to support sheet flow from the street and stormwater come from the school pipe are put to much water into the bubble cause it to flood the street. Also the photo on Google is from 2011 show the location was once a ditch but now it is a curb and gutter that startat enter of the school park lot and day care 5913 to 5999 Fergusson Rd.
