Description

Not a streetlight, but i don't see a category for playground repair. The gliding swing on a track at Powhatan Playground is no longer gliding smoothly; it sticks and jerks while children are trying to ride on it. The sticking makes it really hard to pull up to the start of the track, too. Would be great to have it repaired! Thank you.
