Description

Our church property is located on 700 East Belt Boulevard and joins to Welton Avenue. On the Welton Avenue side, there is a catch basin after our chain link fence, in our parking lot entrance, that is clogged.

    T.Johnson,M.Hurt, and J.Gaiters stated the crew clean location with high water and a vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with a high-pressure hose and high-pressure vacuum.

    Basin was full of sediment and Roots are on the wall needs to be with a root treatment to support in limit the root issue at this location.

    C.Jordan, S.Crews,and W.Mayo, and T.Johnson, stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Location was completed and root treatment was place on root in the basin box to aid in breaking down the roots in the basin.
