- Staff · February 17, 2023The driveway culvert is blocked and needs to be replaced and the ditch needs to be opened to 406 so water could drain, I spoke to the citizen at 406 St Christopher’s Road and I spoke with Mr. Aliberti on 2/14/23. I explained that we will open the ditch so water could drain and when ground conditions are dry we would replace the driveway culvert and re cut the ditch.
