Description
The underground culvert pipe at the alley is buried not allowing rainwater and street runoff to enter. This creates an issue when we receive rainfall. Please assess and repair the culvert to allow for adequate rainwater diversion to the sewer drain. Water puddling after rainfall. Access to flow into the underground culvert is buried/restricted.
