Description

I'm not sure if this is storm water or something else. There has been constant moisture seeping up from the street pavement for several weeks, no matter how dry the ground is, or no rain for days. Seems to be coming up from under the street. The storm drain uphill (to the west toward the corner) from the problem area, is also heavily clogged up. Not sure if that is related to this underground seepage or not...thanks.
