Please clean storm water drain that is beside this address. (1501 Silver Ave ) The drain is located on Chambers Street, but system would not populate that address A puddle of water forms by the front of the citizens yard when it rains.

Per N.Sumpter and W.Mayo,Upon investigate this location this is not a DPU/Stormwater due to the location has no Stormwater asset the main is low spot at the location which can hold water. The issue ispossiblely a DPW/ Roadway and has be redispatch to the correct department and division within DPW.
