Description

At least 9 lights in Jefferson Park are not lighting or are blinking; additionally, several do not have covers. See photo for approximate locations. 3 lights are located along excercise path and lower stairway. Another 2 are located around the playground and fountain. 1 is located at the corner of Princess Anne and the “circle” in the park. 2 are located at the top of the Jefferson Ave stairway. Lastly, 1 is located near the 22nd Street Circle Thank you for getting on this so quickly! The lamp at the 22nd St Circle has been out a long time, this could be a bigger issue. There are two lamps at the top of the steps from 19th/Marshall St, where the steps meet the exercise path. One lamp is missing a cover and is working, the other lamp (first lamp down or from the top of the steps) has a cover but is not working

    Work is complete, changed 150 watt on 5 lights on lamp # 700, 701, 705, 22862, and 22863. Work completed by KJ/JT on 1/24/23.

    Also at exercise path replaced globe on lamp #709 and at lamp 711 replace globe and changed 150 watt. Work done by JF/TC/MW on 1/31/2. Also on lamp 22866 changed 150/240 upright ballast and replaced plastic globe work done by CH/JT/TC/MW on 1/30/23
