See photo. Cover at bottom needs to be replaced. Please check nearby streetlights as well because this is a common issue. See photo. Cover is on the ground (partially buried) next to streetlight which should enable it to be replaced/repaired. Thank you. 4/4/23 Cover of streetlight is ~1 foot from light pole. 8/6/23 Close this request - cover was put back (probably in conjunction with the recent painting project).
