    Resident needs to contact Dominion Energy. All Lights in this area are owned and maintained by Dominion Energy. Light was reported and repaired by Dominion previously. Resident will not answer phone and voice mail is full. They can contact Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-366-4357 to report this issue.
