Description

Citizen is calling to advise that it is a storm water drain that is broken somewhere near where Cary Street was repaved about 10 years ago or so. Citizen has been working to resolve this issue for over 10 years. Citizen is advising that the drain creates a flow that goes nearly 100 feet into the citizen's front yard. Citizen has also contacted City Council regarding this issue.

    There is a driveway pipe at this location that needs to be uncovered and evaluated to determine if we need to replace the pipe or not. The ditch will need to be cleaned out down to the structure as well. Thecustomer is also concerned with the condition of the asphalt at the end of her driveway.

    he ditch was filled in with sediment and the driveway culvert was totally blocked. 1128 Lin. ft of ditch and asphalt was cleaned and 30 feet of culvert was jetted but the culvert was still blocked. 30 feet of15” Oval culvert was replaced and an asphalt restoration request will be put in for the contractor to re asphalt the driveway apron.
