Citizen states the property has about three feet of water in ditch; ditch is clogged all the way down the road

- Staff · March 24, 2023D. Rivers applied (3) three mosquitoes briquettes to the stagnate water in the ditch @ 2851 Penrose Dr on 3/23/2023. Meet with Realtor onsite Ms. Lake & share exactly where the briquettes where applied. While there was still water present in the roadside ditches the amount was less than (3) three feet of water. Photo documentation taken. Howbeit algae was present indicated water has been stagnate for some time. Check for water leak onsite was negative. Underdrains are present @ the property end. Full assessment will be completed by assigned Supervisor: W. Tolson. W. Tolson contacted the citizen on 3/23/2023 & share that an onsite assessment will be made on 3/24/2023 or 3/27/2023.
