    J.Gaiters, C.Jordan, S.Crews,and W.Mayo,T.Johnson,N.Waddy, W.Toslon, and R.White stated location basins had no issues was hold water need the horse shoe pit all basins were free and clear and debris and sediment. Pipe Placement was completed at this location by W.Tolson crew as well.
