    Gis maps indicate no storm water assets in the immediate area of the reqest address and furthermore do not recognize a driveway pipe across the alleyway entrance located at the back side of the caller address. The debrie left at the corner is causing the flooding issue and needs to be cut as a rise in the flow gradient has occurred.
