- System · January 25, 2023Stopped by on Monday for a follow up visit to the construction site located at 1626 n 27th St, across from Mr. Simmons’ residence . The contractor did install perimeter controls around the parcel except in the area of where the water meter was installed as that is considered a city easement. However, there is still a lot of sediment around the curb directly in front of Mr. Simmons property. I also reached out to Mr. Simmons and informed him to see what I could do in getting that area swept.
