    Per L.Lockett 5 of 5 basin had drainaged issue DPU StormWater, Wastewater collection and DPW traffic Engineering were invole with closing the road, crew clean location with high water and a vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with a high-pressure hose and high-pressure vacuum.
