Description

Drainage culvert on the left corner facing the intersection is blocked and flooding the street, in freezing conditions this will cause a large sheet of ice and vehicles couldnlose control and run into surrounding houses.

here is sediment and leaves in the ditch that needs to be removed. The ground conditions needs to be dry before work can be scheduled. The inlet and outlet side of the culverts will be opened till the work can be done.
