Description

A contractor hit this street light a few months ago, which was reported. The pole is currently at an angle as if it could fall over, and a hole has opened up near the base that looks like more erosion will cause the pole to fall over and damage cars or take out nearby electrical lines.

    This was investigated and determined to belong to DOM Energy to straighten pole and retamp around pole #BC16. We have forward this location to them to resolve the issue.
