This is not a basin or stormwater-related issue I assessed the location and found curb and gutter are hindering stormwater from properly draining at the proper flow to the drop inlet over 100 m away.

It seem the curb and gutter at the apron of the driveway is the cause also leave and debris is hindering strom water from drainage properly to the drop Inlet at Green Dry and Swanson Rd which is about 100 meters away.
