Description
a few years ago when birchg was repaved the pavers covered up a storm water drain and now the water stands until it evaporates, in the summer it breeds bugs, in the winter it freezes over. it is on the north east side of the alley that is on the west side of birch between park ave and west ave, a picture does not show anything as the drain is completely paved over. Questin #2 does not apply, I only picked Concrete missing because there was no other option.

- Staff · April 18, 2023The black circle on the added photo is where the contacted citizen stated there used to be a storm drain inlet but due to paving the inlet opening has been covered. I've also included an actual real time photo of the area and it is discovered there is no cast present for inlet maintenance. The included GIS photo shows no sign of an inlet in that circled area.
