Description
There are two streetlights around the christoper newport cross which are dark. There are also roughly 6 lights to the west of this location which are also out extending all the way to the Staircase leading up to tenth st. The propery owner has asked that the spotlight lamp pointing at the cross not be repaied as its now throwing light into the rental units.
