Description
The entrance to the alley on the west side of Summit Ave, between Moore Street and Leigh Street, always has standing water, whether it has rained recently or not. It is a hazard for pedestrians and for cars using the alley.

A new request was opened to Road way maintenance to investigate and make correction to this location. The new request number is 000127447
