Description
Water meter cover on sidewalk was replaced with a used one that was not properly sized. When people step on it, the cover flips sideways and people trip constantly. I have put an orange cone over to keep people from stepping on it. This was requested on June 9, 2022 and stated completed July 28, 2022; however, was not replaced (reference DPU000019497).
