Description
Have had standing water in the alley and into our yard for 3 months. The water level remains the same even when there is no rain for days. We have filled part of our yard closest to alley with dirt and added rocks in the alley, water levels remain.

The issue but possiblely a DPW/ Alleyway Division and has be redispatch to the correct department and division within DPW.
