Description
Montrose/Fulton would like to know why Stony Run Rd at the goat pen has had standing water for nearly two months over one entire travel lane. What will happen if we have a freeze? It doesn't seem to be draining. There is a hydrant there as well.

This low spot is a street maintained is and will be transfer to DPW to assess and determine what measure are needed to resolved the issue a this location.
