Description
There's a low spot where the alley behind 2001 W. Broad connects with N. Meadow St, so water accumulates and is not able to flow to the storm drain on SW corner of Broad and Meadow. It becomes a huge muddy mess. Thanks.

The issue aDPW/ Alleyway issue and has be redispatch to the correct department and division within DPW.
