Storm drain is clogged by faulty repair work lower in the drain at the end of the street where it has been asphalted over and creates a geyser when full.

    Following an investigation and conver4sation with the homeowner it is determined the inlet needs to be jetted to clear the lateral for possible further evaluation. A repair is not necessary. This information has been shared with the inlet service crew supervisor. The "Description" will be changed from damaged basin to Storm Drain Problem.

    T.Johnson,N.Waddy, N.Sumpter,C.Jordan, S.Crews,and W.Mayo stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
