Description

The blocks between Arthur Ashe boulevard and sheppard on Floyd Ave are very dark compared to Floyd ave east of Blvd and west of Belmont. Its very hard to see the road when on a bike at night. There arent any street lights on Floyd Ave between the westside alley behind arthur ashe boulevard and Sheppard.
