The included attachments support an Urban Forestry Review before any repairs can be conducted. The nearby tree's roots, although not intruding into the inlets inner structure, have lifted and broken the surrounding sidewalk, inlet cast deck, and curbing. Loose concrete and metal have been removed for safety purposes and await the requested review.
