Description
There is some construction in front of our home(they havent been on site in days), and there is a large steel plate that they’ve put in the street. The asphalt is breaking away and the steel plate is loose and it is moving around a ton, creating a LOT of noise and also making the plate jump to where it is now a driving hazard, as it is getting close to hitting the underside of cars as they pass over it.
