Description

The inlet at the corner of 4th and Franklin (the corner with the RTD building) doesn't drain and the intersection floods with any sizable amount of rain causing pedestrians to cross mid-block to avoid the deep standing water

    ocation was serviced by S.Crews, W.Mayo and N.Sumpter grated inlet had leaves hindering the Proper drainage leaves and debris was removed
