Description
Previous request was #19999. We agree with Ms. Plotnick at 4721 Monument that the shade installed does not solve the problem. See photo of our yard at night. A CYLINDRICAL, rather than BOWL-SHAPED shade would redirect the bright light so that it does not spill out into 4 yards--and into all 7 of our rear windows.
