Ticket was forwarded to Parks and Recreation Department. Lights are not Streetlight Maintenance, they my be maintained by Parks and Recreation or privately owned. Streetlight Engineering is investigating streetlight ownership. Park irrigation system most likely belongs to Parks and Recreation. We would suggest filing these tickets under the proper department for faster service. Parks and Recreation is available on RVA311.

The Manager of Streetlight Engineering investigated this request and found that the lights you being reported on E. Byrd St between 9th & 10th are not City of Richmond lights. These lights are owned by the Parking Deck and the City of Richmond does not maintain privately owned lights. The owner or Management company of the Parking deck will have to contact Dominion Energy with their account number to request Private Watch Lights to be repaired. Only the owner of the lights can request the lights be repaired. The same may be for the grassy area; it is most likely the responsibility of the Parking Garage to water and maintain.
