    The driveway culvert in the front of 4412 Norborne Rd is stopped up and was jetted but it needs to be inspected further to find the issue because the citizen installed a concrete driveway and piped in the ditch.

    The culvert that the citizen put in the ditch was removed so that the ditch could drain properly and debris would not get wedged in the joint.
