- Staff · April 24, 2023I spoke with Mr. Yancy on 4/20/2023 at this location and the ditch has sediment built up and is blocking the water flow in two box culverts. There is sand that needs to be removed inside of the two box culverts and about 25 x 23’ feet of sediment needs to be removed in the ditch also. The work will be done as soon as it is practicable.
