There is water on the road, along side of the curb. It seems that when a vehicle goes by, the water bubbles up. There hasn't been any rain so it's not that.

    D. Rivers contacted the citizen on 10/8/2022 & advised that his request will be update / closed to DPU Storm Water but a service request created in DPU Customer Service to dispatch a Gas & Water Tech to assess the situation. Based on the comments & conversation with the citizen there is a possible water main break, leaking meter or lateral at this location. Citizen advised that he recently drove pass this location & the asphalt is moving when vehicledrive by & water is coming from under the roadway under pressure.
