- Staff · October 8, 2022D. Rivers contacted the citizen on 10/8/2022 & advised that his request will be update / closed to DPU Storm Water but a service request created in DPU Customer Service to dispatch a Gas & Water Tech to assess the situation. Based on the comments & conversation with the citizen there is a possible water main break, leaking meter or lateral at this location. Citizen advised that he recently drove pass this location & the asphalt is moving when vehicledrive by & water is coming from under the roadway under pressure.
