Description

In the alley, just off the curb there is a HOLE. It's a city access hole, but the cover for it has fallen in. It's like the hole has gotten larger and the cover is no longer large enough to fit properly and cover the hole. It's a hazard. Currently, there is an orange cone covering the hole.
