Description
Water department cover infront of 7 n Davis Ave is chipped so bad that the cover falls inside leaving a gaping hole which I almost walked into. Very dangerous!! I reached in and grabbed the damaged cover and placed it back on but it’s only a matter of time it happens again and again.
