Description

Basin is completely clogged. Last 2 street cleanings have been unable to fix/address it. As leaves begin to drop again, basin becomes more and more clogged. Standing water forms during light-medium rains. Basin is in front of 1241 house.

    Pipe Vision crew completed this location on 10/4/2022 by cleaning (2) inlets at the intersection of N 37th St & Canpea St & cleaning lateral connection with high pressure water to restore positive drainage. DPU Crew Chief N. Sumpter confirmed work was completed by follow-up visually inspection per the work order received.

    D. Rivers placed a courtesy call to the citizen on 10/8/2022 to advise the the request has been completed. Ms. Rivers advised that she actually saw the crew working onsite & that they did a very good job.Citizen advise that her comments will be enter on the request and she was thanked for taking the call on a Saturday & for the kind comments.
