- Staff · January 6, 2023dye test has been conducted by the inlet repair crew. Color was discovered with photo documentation in the adjoining manhole. It is discovered the breech point is at the lateral connection point on the drop inlet structure. The cavitation has been filled and packed with Gravel to make area safe until the lateral breech is addressed.
