Description

All the lights on Walmsley, between Castlewood and Richmond appear to be out. These are all the lights that are not standalone but rather seem integrated onto the power line.

    Work is complete, patrolled the line and found the neutral broken on pole #16776 located in the median of Richmond Highway across from Walmsley. repaired the neutral. Work done by CH/PV on 10/3/22
