Basin doesn't receive water, because it's full of leaves. The stormwater then runs down the street and floods at adjacent block intersection.

    Pipe Vision crew completed this location on 10/4/2022 by cleaning (3) inlets of a total of (4) at the intersection of Texas & Dakota Ave & cleaning lateral connection with high pressure water to restore positive drainage. DPU Crew Chief N. Sumpter confirmed work was completed by follow-up visually inspection per the work order received.
