    Two basins need cleaning leaves and debris blocking one of them. This request will be given to the supervisor for scheduling.

    J.Gaiters, T.Johnson, S.Crews,and W.Mayo stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose andhigh pressure vacuum.
