Description
In a previous request, we asked for a new streetlight in the alley but they said they couldnt do the alley but could do on the street. The workers came, they dug a hole, but then filled it in with gravel and did not install the light. What happened? Aditionally, they took down an existing street light by 104 strawberry because they said they couldn’t have lights so close to each other. Since they never installed the new light and they took down another light, the street is darker than ever.
