- Staff · October 21, 2022I left a message on 10/3/22 with Mr. Rogers, I called Mr. Rogers on 10/21/ 22 and met with him and he explained that the header wall on one side of the driveway was hit by a vehicle and needs to be replaced,the driveway culvert is 12 inch by 42 feet. The culvert needs to be replaced and Mr. Rogers does not want any ditch maintenance done at this time. I explained that we were behind in work but if the culvert could not be done soon we would at least remove the concrete header wall for looks that was broken until we are able to replace the culvert.
