Description
Need another light on R, between the alley entrance on the 1100 block and 25th st, opposite the auto shop. This area has dozens of people at night and they are usually inebriated or high and often wander into the street oblivious to the traffic. Often I can not see them and people often come within inches of being hit when people drive down this block.
