Follow-up; caller states he was dispatch to DPU on 11/2/22. DPU came out on 11/3, placed dye in the hole and it was determined the problem was not with DPU. Caller indicated DPU would reach out to his supervisor and the department responsible and of to-date the issue has not been resolved. Email sent to CSR manager/supv for follow-up

This ticket is being closed due to the extended lapse in time—over two years—without any further reported issues or follow-up requests. It is our belief that the matter was either addressed under a separate work order or the conditions leading to the service request have since been corrected. No further review or investigation is warranted at this time.
