    This is a duplicate request that will be closed, the request number 457450 will remain open. The ditch needs maintenance and the cross the road culvert was opened on 9/29/22, leaves and debris and sediment is in the ditch, I spoke with Mr. Lord on 9/20/22. The ground conditions need to be dry for work to be done.
