- Staff · August 18, 2023By Joyner, Derek: 2/14/2021 10:36:07 AM Ditch maintenance at 5500, 5418, 5412, 5406, 5400 to Powell Rd. The culverts needs to be jacked open at 5418 & 5500. The contractor filled ditches in with stone and dirt and smashed culverts when installing new lines in this area.The work will be done within six months when there are dryer conditions.
